Harvested in mid-November, our olive oil has a fresh, grassy, herbaceous flavor. More than just taste, there is aroma of the olives and the earth, unique to itself. A pleasing bitterness on the sides of the tongue, followed by a warm sensation on the palate and upper throat characterizes the smooth, peppery finish.

Our Honey
Our honey bees are happy buzzers. Born right here and doing their thing, they forage and grow their hive, pollinate and make honey year round. When they swarm, we catch them. It’s all good. They are gentle Marin souls. Lavender, Salvia and wildflowers flavor the summer honey. Rosemary, manzanita and coyote bush influence spring honey.
